Provding you have no contraindications such as: Abdominal pain; Contagious illness; Diarrhoea; Diabetic; fever; Heavy vaginal discharge; High blood pressure; Malignant conditions, Unusual pain or Vomiting. 

 

If you are in doubt, contact your GP and obtain a concent form for massage.
